Vegan Health Coach

I have been vegan for over a decade. Through pregnancy, breast-feeding, and the stresses of being a working mama with a VERY rambunctious preschooler, I have stuck to this lifestyle, practicing the daily mantra of “It’s about progress- not perfection.”

Veganism does not come easily to me, but it has been worth every second of having to learn to step outside of my comfort zone and adapt to a new way of eating! Since our family made the choice to eat plant-based, I have experienced tremendous benefits, both ethically and health-wise (including losing 20 lbs!). I encourage you to follow my blog to see the day-to-day of being a health-focused vegan.

When I transitioned to a vegan lifestyle, I found myself focusing entirely on my diet and not on my physical fitness. Though changing my diet provided fantastic results initially, I wanted more than to just lose weight. I wanted to feel strong! To have more energy to keep up with my little guy. To push myself to see what I was truly capable of. Beachbody provided me with all of the tools I needed to change my life, and now I use it as a tool to help people reach their own health goals.

When I first started using Beachbody products, moving through programs like 21 Day Fix, Insanity Max 30, 22 Minute Hard Corps, and PiYo, the one thing I always longed for was someone to help me navigate through veganizing recipes and helping to craft vegan meal plans that fit my weight loss/muscle gain goals. I am so proud to be able to offer my own experience in this area!

What’s even more incredible is that Beachbody offers VEGAN supplements such as Shakeology which taste AMAZING! I’ve seen incredible results from the people I support, while more driven people have joined my team to help others. I would LOVE for you to join us on this journey!

My personal journey has seen the pitfalls of bad life choices from the past creeping back in, but I continue to make progress. The importance here is in the dedication. I will always move forward as long as I put in the effort. That is what I have done and the results appear daily.

I am happy (overjoyed, in fact!) to share my expertise as a vegan Beachbody coach, but that does not mean that you need to be vegan in order to join our team.   1. I am currently doing Piyo, starting my second week on Monday

    I am a vegan and my currant coach hasn’t been able to help me with meal planning. I brought the topic up a few times with no detailed ideas or assistance provided. It is difficult planning on my own with a almost 1 year old daughter who also needs her vegan meals planned out. So I’m limited to weekends.

    I noticed the 21 day vegan meal planning on the site but my calorie intake doesn’t match up and was told to stick with the book provided. I found this comment disappointing. Since the website suggested I could or should be eating more options under protein other than tofu.

    I am currently eating 3 Veggie containers, 2 fruit, 4 protein(tofu), 2 carb, 1 healthy fat (humus or avocado), 1 seed, 2 oil. My weight is 163 I have already lost 6 pounds and 8 cumulative “ on my body since starting. So portion control has helped a ton. My family dynamics have been making planning tough. I’m reaching out cause I feel close to giving up!

      I completely understand how frustrating it can be to try and figure this out on your own! When I first started I was in exactly the same position. Let’s talk more about your calorie intake and what bracket you should fit into. Truthfully, I would recommend checking out the 21 Day Fix vegan meal plan and I’m surprised that you were told not to! Let’s touch base via email and I’ll walk with you through this. Whatever you do, don’t give up! You’ve already seen success and once you get this part under control you’re going see even better results!
